| Data Center
We are using shared data center space with
an Internet backbone facility in San Antonio,
TX. This facility provides a superior Cisco-powered
network design in a location that has low
occurrence of earthquakes, tornados, or
flooding. The data center has several extremely
high speed internet connections (Gig-E and
OC-N) that are managed for redundancy, low
latency, and uptime. This internet bandwidth
is shared by all the residents in the Internet
Data Center for maximum efficiency and cost
effectiveness. This model provides us with
the security and power resiliency for the
servers at a lower cost than we could provide
if we operated a separate facility.

connections include connections to multiple
Tier 1 and Tier 2 Internet backbone providers.
We have carefully selected Internet facilities
and bandwidth providers so that we can provide
the best possible service. The data center
facilities and Internet connectivity come
with a 99.9% Internet connection uptime
guarantee. In addition to 24 hour monitoring
of Internet bandwidth, the data center provides
monitoring of the hosting servers to ensure
that processes are running properly. |

Power Systems
The data center has on-site, auto-switched
power generators to guarantee maximum uptime.
Power is regulated through centralized UPS
systems to prevent any power spikes or power
grid issues that could impact server uptime. |

Climate Control
The data centers have redundant climate
controlling HVAC (Heating Ventilation Air
Conditioning) systems. In addition to maintaining
a cool 68 degree temperature, the environment
also has particle filtration and humidity
control.
